💵 REFUND & RETURN POLICY – OKUMKOM GENERAL MERCHANT STORE

At Okumkom General Merchant Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return terms below.

1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product was received damaged, expired, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened food products (e.g., rice, oil, canned goods)

  • Baby diapers once the pack is opened

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items not stored properly by the customer

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Out-of-stock item already paid for

  • Damaged item confirmed upon delivery

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days via Mobile Money or bank transfer.

4. Exchanges

If the item is available, customers may request an exchange instead of a refund.

5. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except when:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product arrived damaged due to our fault

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if:

  • The order has not yet been dispatched

  • Payment was made in error

Once items are dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
